    By placing an order, you confirm that:

    • You are located within Nigeria.

    • The information you provide is accurate and complete.

     

  • 2.3 Orders & Pricing

    • All prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and are subject to change without prior notice.

    • An order is only confirmed after payment has been received and verified.

    • Ufort Farms reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of pricing errors, out-of-stock items, or suspected fraudulent activity.

     

  • 2.4 Payment Terms

    We accept the following payment methods:

    • Bank Transfer — payment must be made to our designated bank account. Orders are processed only after confirmation of receipt.

    • Card Payment via Paystack or Flutterwave — all card transactions are processed securely through our payment partners.

    Ufort Farms does not store card details on our servers.

     

  • 2.5 Intellectual Property

    All content on the Ufort Farms website, including logos, product images, and text, is the intellectual property of Ufort Farms and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent.

     

  • 2.6 Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ufort Farms shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability in any event shall not exceed the value of the order placed.
