We currently accept Bank Transfer and Card Payment via Paystack or Flutterwave. For bank transfers, your order will only be processed after we confirm receipt of payment. Card payments are processed instantly and securely.

Orders can only be modified or cancelled before they are dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible at support@ufortfarms.com or via WhatsApp if you need to make changes. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Yes. An order confirmation containing your order summary and payment details will be sent to your registered email address after every successful purchase.

Yes! We deliver to all 36 states in Nigeria and the Federal Capital Territory (Abuja). Delivery availability and timelines may vary depending on your specific location.

Delivery times vary by location. Lagos and major cities typically take 1–3 business days; South-West and South-South states take 2–5 business days; Northern states take 4–7 business days; and remote or rural areas may take 5–10 business days.

 Shipping fees are calculated based on your delivery location and the weight of your order. The exact cost will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order — there are no hidden charges.

Due to the perishable nature of our food products, all sales are final and we do not issue cash refunds. We encourage customers to review their orders carefully before completing payment.
